The capability of the Firm relies on the
qualifications and experience of the personnel. The works experience
of our staff range between 5 and 30 years in service with various
capacities both in the private and public sector.
Philafe Engineering Limited is
managed by a Director who obtained a BSc (Hons) and MSc degrees in
Electrical and Electronic/Communications Engineering from the
University of Nairobi (Kenya) in 1980 and the University of Bradford
( England ) in 1989 respectively.
The Managing Director has 28
years of experience in the field of Electrical, Electronic and
Telecommunication Engineering design, installation and maintenance
works. Under the Managing Director we have divisional heads handling
different disciplines.
There are seven departments all
with qualified and experienced HODs:
